Founded in December 2001 by Kelly and Jinan Dalloo and David J. Olshansky, DriverSource has grown to service customers across the country via its five regional operating centers in- Detroit, Chicago, Indianapolis, Baltimore and Richmond, Virginia. It now employs over 350 full and/or part-time professional employees throughout the United States.

DriverSource provides it's customers with industry specific, specialized transportation staffing for the trucking and transportation industry-On Demand. Our 24 hour, 7 days a week operations staff allows DriverSource the logistics resources to be there for our customers in their most desperate hours.

DriverSource provides full-service logistics staffing to it's many diverse customers nationwide ranging from large 3rd party logistics firms to smaller manufacturing companies producing their own products. Commercial truck drivers, logistical support personnel such as: Billing Clerks and Dispatchers, Upper Management and Floor Supervisors, Fork-lift operators and general warehouse support is our niche. Whether direct hire, permanent leasing or temporary time periods, it makes no difference to DriverSource. We tailor our service to fit your needs.

DriverSource operates as a non-union company but maintains excellent relationships with unionized transportation companies nationwide.

As a result of our employees excellent performance in 2004, DriverSource has implemented a "Controlled" expansion plan adding regional office locations in Chicago, Indianapolis, Baltimore and Richmond, Virginia. From these additional strategic locations, DriverSource continues to offer its customers logistic staffing solutions throughout the eastern half of the United States. In October 2005, DriverSource implimented its non-driving related company- Staffing Source Personnel. Staffing Source Personnel will works in conjunction with existing DriverSource operations to offer our customers a complete staffing solution with their entire contract placement and temporary staffing needs regardless of what type of personnel is needed.
